Absolutely! Many beginners join our Yoga Teacher Training courses with the intention of deepening their understanding and practice of yoga. Our courses are designed to accommodate all levels, providing foundational knowledge and guidance to help you progress in a supportive learning environment.

Yes, you can take shorter courses without completing a 200-hour YTT. These specialized courses are open to all levels and focus on specific areas of yoga, providing valuable knowledge and skills. However, if you plan to become a registered yoga teacher, a 200-hour YTT is generally required as the foundational certification.

Yes! Flexibility is not a prerequisite for participating in our YTT courses. Yoga is about cultivating awareness, building strength, and enhancing flexibility over time, and every body is unique. Our instructors will provide modifications and support to help you feel comfortable as you progress at your own pace.

We welcome students from diverse backgrounds, and we strive to make our courses accessible to all. Our instructors use clear and simple language and offer additional support when needed. If you can understand basic English instructions, you will likely be able to follow along with the course content. Additionally, we encourage you to ask questions whenever something is unclear.

To pass the Yoga Teacher Training course, students must attend all classes, participate actively, complete practical assessments, submit written assignments, lead a supervised practicum, follow ethical guidelines, and complete a final exam or project. Successful completion earns a Yoga Alliance-recognized certificate for qualified instruction.

For foreign students traveling to Varanasi, the most convenient and efficient way to reach is typically by air. Here are the best options:

1. By Air: Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport (VNS) is the main international airport in Varanasi, though it has limited direct international flights. The best route is to fly into Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) in New Delhi or Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM) in Mumbai, then take a domestic flight to Varanasi. From the airport, you can use a taxi or pre-arranged transport to reach NAMOGHAT in Varanasi.

2. By Train: After arriving in India via New Delhi or Mumbai, you can take a train to Varanasi Junction (BSB) and deen dayal Upadhyay (DDU). The Indian Railways network is extensive, and Varanasi is well-connected by train from major cities like Delhi, Kolkata, and Mumbai. This option offers a scenic experience but is more time-consuming.

3. We'll arrange a pickup for you at Namoghat.

4. From there, we’ll travel by boat to Bhramaghat, where our center is located.

5. Airport transfers are available, with prices ranging from INR1000 to 1500, depending on the type of taxi selected.
