Course Highlights

Pranayama Techniques

Learn and practice core breathing techniques, including Nadi Shodhana, Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, Ujjayi, and more. Each method is explored in detail, covering benefits, contraindications, and applications.

Meditation Practices

Engage in diverse meditation methods such as mindfulness, Ajapa Japa, Antara Mouna (inner silence), Trataka (focused gazing), and Chakra Meditation to enhance concentration and self-awareness.

Science and Philosophy of Breath

Explore the ancient and modern understanding of breathwork, learning how pranayama influences the nervous system, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

Teaching Methodology

Develop confidence in leading pranayama and meditation sessions, including practical tips on effective guidance, timing, and holding a mindful space.

Yoga Philosophy and Spiritual Context

Daily Schedule

6:00 AM - 8:00 AM:  Pranayama Practice & Mantra Chanting 

9:00 AM to 10:00 AM: Breakfast

10:00 AM to 11:30 AM: Meditation Practices & Techniques

4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Theory & Philosophy of Pranayama and Meditation

5:00 PM- 6:30 PM - Teaching Practicum & Q&A

Note: Every Thursday and Saturday, 8 PM to 9 PM - Satsang /kirtan

Upon successful completion, participants receive a "60-Hour Pranayama and Meditation Teacher Training Certificate" from Yogstars, approved by Yoga Alliance, allowing you to offer classes or integrate these skills into your existing practice.
