Booking Policy:
I understand and agree that a deposit of 250 USD is required to secure my place in the course. This deposit is non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable to another person under any circumstances. However, I may transfer this deposit to another course or date, provided I inform Yogstars at least one month in advance. There is no time limit on using this deposit for future courses.
Balance Course Fee: The remaining course fee is to be paid upon arrival at Yogstars by card or cash. If I cannot attend the course for any reason, I am not liable to pay the balance of the course fee.
Cancellation Policy:
I acknowledge that the initial booking fee of 250USD is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether I choose to cancel, reschedule, or withdraw from the courses or events I have enrolled in, for any reason whatsoever. This policy remains in effect even in cases of unexpected events, including but not limited to travel restrictions, lockdowns, pandemics, military actions, war, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party.
I acknowledge and accept that once I have joined the course in person, Yogstars is not obligated to issue a refund of the course fee if I decide to withdraw for any reason.
Yogstars reserves the right to make slight adjustments to the course content, instructors, or accommodations as needed, and these changes do not entitle me to request a refund.
All fees paid for in-person courses in varansi or online courses are non-transferable and cannot be applied to any other individual.
Early Departure:
If you decide to leave the course or retreat early, no refund will be issued. All payments are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by the retreat center. Fees are non-negotiable.
Physical Condition:
I confirm that I am physically fit and do not have any medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the Yoga course and Yoga Classes. If I have any prior injuries, I accept full responsibility for my participation and do not expect any medical consultation, treatment, or recommendation from Yogstars or its instructors.
Liability for Medical Costs:
In the yoga courses/classes of injury, illness, or need for hospitalization, I understand that I am responsible for my own medical care and related costs. Although Yogstars may assist in contacting external medical resources if necessary, it is not Yogstars responsibility to arrange or cover the costs of such services. I acknowledge that Yogstars teaching staff, while qualified in their areas, are not authorized to provide any medical diagnosis or treatment.
Responsibility for Personal Property:
I accept full and sole responsibility for any loss or damage to my personal property associated with my participation in the yoga courses, the Yoga Classes, or any other activities held by Yogstars.
Once I have joined the yoga courses and or any of the Yoga Classes, I am responsible for paying the full course fee (including any accommodation or package agreed upon) to Yogstars. These fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable to another person unless otherwise agreed by Yogstars. I also acknowledge that I am responsible for any fees associated with my physical or online payments to Yogstars.
Code of Conduct:
Please be respectful to fellow students, teachers, locals, and Indian culture.
Right to Expel:
Yogstars reserves the right to expel any participant who violates the rules or is disruptive to the environment or others. In cases of expulsion due to rule breaches, no refund will be provided.
Acknowledgment:
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accept all points outlined above.
